Oh my! It’s a…
Mini Online Coaching Magic Ride!
(try to say that three times fast!)
Life coaching can be scary. Especially if you need to work with your stuff.
I mean… you have stuff! And stuff usually gets in the way of everything, including getting help.
Sometimes it can feel like “gee, I tell you what! I’ll get coaching after I’ve solved all my problems”.
Which is kinda counter productive. Because, yeah… the way to solve all your problems is to work with your stuff.
That’s why I created this Mini Online Coaching Magic Ride. To make it as non-scary as possible.
It’s all done online. It’s personalised, made just for you.
It’s designed to be an ongoing form of support, for when you decide to use it. In your own time, at your own pace.
Because you are the one taking action. You are the one healing yourself.
You know how, when you emerge from a ride (magic or otherwise) you are the same person but slightly different because you now know something you didn’t? It’s like that.
I will help you:
- Acknowledge and allow your stuff, even if that feels completely terrifying.
- Lovingly and compassionately make space for your stuff to be there.
- Then together we will come up with a strategy so you can keep working with your stuff. On your own.
I won’t tell you “what to do”, or “how to do it”. I will suggest concepts and techniques for you to work and play with.
The idea is for you to learn how to heal yourself.
Here’s how it works.
I send you a few questions by e-mail and you answer me back, describing what you want to work with.
(You won’t have to answer them if you don’t want to, of course. You can just write about your stuff “free style”. These are simply guidelines to help you think about it.)
After you reply to me, I will be putting together some ideas and giving the stuff you want to work with a good “think”.
We get together on Skype for half an hour. I tell you what strategies I’ve come up with and you tell me what you think about them, and whether they work for you or not, whether you can see yourself applying them or not. Together we polish some techniques for you to work with.
I send you your own mini e-book, with personalised techniques you can use to work with your stuff.
This is probably my favourite part. You’ll get your own “Working with your Stuff” mini e-book in pdf format.
BONUS! You get to play with this new technique of mine. I haven’t written about it because I have no idea how to explain it, but if it appears to be the best way to work with your stuff, then you’ll get to use it.
How to know if this offer is for you:
- You read my blog and you feel like my work “speaks to you”
- You have read my e-book “Working with your Stuff” and you want to take the whole “working with your stuff” practice further.
- You are perhaps scared of “full on coaching”, but you’re ok with e-mail and chat.
- You want to dip your toes in the “healing” process, in a way that’s safe and not completely terrifying.
Right now, the Mini Online Coaching Magic Ride is at the introductory price of £40, while I play with the system and make the appropriate changes so it works at its best.
After that, it will go up. I don’t know by how much. Imo and I will have to meditate on it.
This is the price for now.
“What happens after I click this button?”
You are sent to the PayPal shopping cart.
You don’t need PayPal, any card will do.
Then I get an e-mail in my inbox letting me know you’ve bought your ticket.
I’ll send you an e-mail with questions and we take things from there.
“What if I’m not sure yet if this is what I want?”
That’s ok. You can hang out on the blog and familiarise yourself with the concepts.
You can get the “Working With Your Stuff” e-book and start there.
There’s plenty of time for you to come back to it if this is the right thing for you.
There’s a “refund policy”:
You get your money back if you decide after 7 days that you’re not happy with the experience.
Check in with yourself whether this is the right thing for you. Ask yourself if this is what you want, ask your body if this is what you want.
When we work with our stuff we always start by checking in with ourselves. That way we make sure we are in harmony with what we are doing and we are treating ourselves with kindness.
And as always, I’ll see you on the blog.
Love, support and beams of “ok-ness”
