I’m offering free support for stressed-out key workers during this crisis.
Around 30 minutes* of anything you might need to calm down, get grounded and maybe feel a little bit better.
I can offer a combination of:
- Gentle yoga movements (all done on the floor, or bed)
- Meditation
- Breathing techniques
- Talking / coaching
- Just listening
(All done through Zoom or similar)
