Life coaching can be scary. Especially if you need to work with your stuff.

I mean… you have stuff! And stuff usually gets in the way of everything, including getting help.

Sometimes it can feel like “gee, I tell you what! I’ll get coaching after I’ve solved all my problems”.

Which is kinda counter productive. Because, yeah… the way to solve all your problems is to work with your stuff.

 

That’s why I created this Mini Online Coaching Magic Ride. To make it as non-scary as possible.

It’s all done online. It’s personalised, made just for you.

It’s designed to be an ongoing form of support, for when you decide to use it. In your own time, at your own pace.

Because you are the one taking action. You are the one healing yourself.

 

You know how, when you emerge from a ride (magic or otherwise) you are the same person but slightly different because you now know something you didn’t? It’s like that.

I will help you:

  • Acknowledge and allow your stuff, even if that feels completely terrifying.
  • Lovingly and compassionately make space for your stuff to be there.
  • Then together we will come up with a strategy so you can keep working with your stuff. On your own.

I won’t tell you “what to do”, or “how to do it”. I will suggest concepts and techniques for you to work and play with.

The idea is for you to learn how to heal yourself.

Here’s how it works.

First: E-mail

I send you a few questions by e-mail and you answer me back, describing what you want to work with.

(You won’t have to answer them if you don’t want to, of course. You can just write about your stuff “free style”. These are simply guidelines to help you think about it.)

After you reply to me, I will be putting together some ideas and giving the stuff you want to work with a good “think”.

 

Second: chat

We get together on Skype for half an hour. I tell you what strategies I’ve come up with and you tell me what you think about them, and whether they work for you or not, whether you can see yourself applying them or not. Together we polish some techniques for you to work with.

 

Third: E-book

I send you your own mini e-book, with personalised techniques you can use to work with your stuff.

This is probably my favourite part. You’ll get your own “Working with your Stuff” mini e-book in pdf format.

 

BONUS! You get to play with this new technique of mine. I haven’t written about it because I have no idea how to explain it, but if it appears to be the best way to work with your stuff, then you’ll get to use it.

There’s plenty of time for you to come back to it if this is the right thing for you.
