A week of mental clarity

A week long *free* e-mail course to help you work with brain fogginess, depression, lost-ness and general discouragement.

Here's what's included:

  • One e-mail a day with yoga-based teachings and practices to help understand the "fog" better, and maybe clear it a bit. 
  • Exercises to work with the fog. Meditation, gentle movement, some breathing, some journaling.
  • A private Facebook group where we'll practice together, and where you can ask me questions. All the information, the videos and audios will stay there.
