    Why yes, we are talking about being single. Yet again. It all begun when I run into this article by Sara Eckel. Apparently, the “fear of being single” makes us choose bad partners. Then I was reading Martha Beck’s “Steering by Starlight” and she got to this concept that “you attract people when you are happy and you repel people when you are miserable”.     Last week I worked with my stuff right here on the blog to prepare myself for this yoga festival I was going to over the weekend. Today, I’m reviewing the experience.     In today’s connecting practice we are going to try to connect with our bodies. But only a tiny bit! This is ideal if you don’t do yoga and you’re not even ready to do yoga (or any similar body-like work). We all have stuff around our bodies. So doing something with our bodies *while* being fully aware of doing something with our bodies can be terrifying. And super challenging.
