I’m offering free support for stressed-out key workers during this crisis. 

Around 30 minutes* of anything you might need to calm down, get grounded and maybe feel a little bit better.

I can offer a combination of:

  • Gentle yoga movements (all done on the floor, or bed)
  • Meditation
  • Breathing techniques
  • Talking / coaching
  • Just listening

(All done through Zoom or similar)
