    Weekly Connecting Practice

I was in the middle of my “Connecting Practice” last night, and I wondered: “How can I help people experience this sense of connecting to themselves?”. So I’m starting this thing called “Weekly Connecting Practice”. Connecting Practice This is what I’m calling “the practice of getting back to yourself”. What you do is you try to get quiet and go inside your body. Connect to your heart. Getting back to the most “you-ness” of you. Practicing Gratitude to Get What You Want

One of the things I really want in my life right now is “glitter” (codeword for “abundance”, which is codeword for “money”) Being alive and being in this world, I have all the stuff around “glitter”. One of the ways to work with your stuff around money is to write down your associations with it. And with the people who have money. It’s the whole “things get worse before they get better” thing. It’s like tidying up your closet: you have to…

Wanting your Wants – Week Work

There’s this annoying spiritual concept that apparently rules the whole “wanting things” process. “We only get water when we are thirsty” I know. I told you it was annoying! It basically means that if we want anything, we have to fully acknowledge the feelings of not having it. And apparently it works in the “positive” and the “negative”. If you want something with all your heart, you have to fully acknowledge the feelings of wanting it with all your heart and the feelings of not having it. Only then you’ll be able to move forward and change things. If something is bringing up pain, you have to fully acknowledge the…
